THE BAR AND OUR PEOPLE

About Worcester Wellness

Worcester Wellness is based in a converted barn in Shrawley, a quiet rural setting around twenty-five minutes from Worcester. Our work centres on yoga and complementary therapies, with an emphasis on understanding each person’s individual needs.

WOODEND HOUSE

The barn

The barn overlooks a brook and the ancient woods around Shrawley. Its exposed beams, underfloor heating and glass doors help to make it a comfortable space for yoga and treatments throughout the year.

There is something special about being able to practise or receive a treatment in such peaceful surroundings. It is a place where many of our clients feel able to slow down and enjoy a little time for themselves.

“As soon as you arrive at the barn you find yourself breathing deeper, your shoulders relax and you feel all is well with the world. This is before you have even stepped inside!”
