Health & Vitality through Menopause

This is an 8 week holistic wellbeing program specifically designed for menopausal, peri-  and postmenopausal women. It is a fabulous opportunity for you to focus on your physical, spiritual and emotional health in a beautiful, relaxing setting on the edge of the ancient woods of Shrawley.

Each session is 4 hours, comprising an introduction, 1½ hrs fitness and nutrition with Jenny, a qualified fitness instructor., along with a 1½ hrs yoga, mindfulness and self-massage with Nicky. There is time at the end for refreshments, questions and discussion.  

Over two months you will be supported by two professionals to develop your understanding of health, exercise, nutrition and relaxation.  The course cost is just £299 (that's less than £10 per hour). There is a £50 deposit on booking and the remainder payable 2 weeks before the start date.

Inside Worcester Wellness Centre

The program has only twelve spaces available so the group will be small and intimate. As we progress through the eight weeks you will make valuable connections with each other, teaming up with like-minded people to help you feel supported and motivate you to reach your goals.


Your program hosts include Nicky Vesper who is qualified in Yoga, Sports Massage and Reflexology. She has been practicing Mindfulness for over 15 years. Nicky became peri-menopausal around the age of 47 but now, aged 53, she is coming out the other side a wiser, fitter and happier woman.

Fitness &Nutrition

Jenny Davis is qualified in Level 2&3 Gym Based Instruction and Personal Training and has fifteen years of teaching experience in Health and Social Care.


Jenny will be focusing on revitalizing your energy levels through fitness and nutrition.  You will be asked to complete a questionnaire prior to beginning the program where you can outline your current fitness levels and nutritional intake as well as your personal goals or ambitions. She will work with you to identify your base level of fitness and help you to exercise at a pace that suits your goals and either eases you back into exercising or increases your current platform. Exercise is proven to help bone strength, cardio-vascular health and help you maintain a healthy weight.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga teaches us to listen to, understand and know our own body and mind, which is a valuable life skill. Learn mindfulness and massage to sooth your passage to the other side of menopause.  Each week is themed to build on your knowledge and experience. Yoga is a boon and will bring stability, stamina and willpower. Experience the calming and restorative meditation techniques of mindfulness and savor the nourishing benefits of soothing self-massage.


Don’t be put off by yoga if you have never done it before. You don’t have to be flexible to practice - you just need a willing mind to try. Nicky has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and has had a number of women start in their mid- to late 60’s. Equally, if you already practice, she will show you how to work deeper in the poses. You will learn about managing and relaxing not just the body but your thoughts and emotions too.
