Remedial & Injury Recovery Treatment
The aim is to treat all minor and chronic injuries whether caused through work or any other lifestyle factor including whiplash, falls, and RSI (repetitive strain injury). This treatment employs massage techniques similar to sports massage but incorporates superficial tissue (myofascial) techniques and manipulation such as STR (soft tissue release). It also aims to identify the underlying causes of injury and offer more long-term improvements in physical wellbeing and injury prevention.
