Nicky Vesper is a Qualified Iyengar JL2 Yoga teacher who has received over 320 hours of training, which she now shares with her students. She is also a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist and Mindfulness practitioner and the fortunate owner of Worcester Wellness.

Following the birth of her second child she experienced recurring chronic pain in her pelvis and had been recommended by a friend to try yoga. As a complete novice Nicky began Iyengar Yoga classes in 2003 to seek some relief. By 2006 she was so passionate about the difference that Yoga had made to all aspects of her physical and psychological  wellbeing that she decided to train as a teacher. Nicky wanted to share her experiences and spread the power of Yoga as a tool to a healthier, calmer and more confident life. Today she is delighted to see the impact her skills have had in helping others and has a passion that drives her to spread the word.

Nicky regularly attends workshops, courses and conventions with senior Iyengar teachers, so she can continue to improve her knowledge and bring the benefit of her experiences to her students.  Nicky is a member of Iyengar Yoga (UK), this is a disciplined and progressive approach with attention to correct action, alignment and extension.

The positive impact of Yoga led to Nicky’s interest in exploring other restorative therapies for general well-being. This developed into a passion for massage and mindfulness. Following several years of study she holds a wide range of accredited skills that enable her to offer  well-rounded support to her clients. Her emphasis on yoga, massage and mindfulness enables her to offer a comprehensive range of treatments and teaching that allow for personal development.
