Slow Flow Yoga
This is a general style of Yoga which flows fluidly from one pose to another with less attention to alignment and more attention to movement. This is termed Slow Flow Yoga because of the smooth way poses run together, coordinating movement with breath. The flowing movements can be combined with longer holds of certain movements. Like Iyengar, Flow Yoga incorporates poses from all categories of postures such as standing, forward bends, seated and supine, abdominals and lumbar, twists, backbends and inversions. The classes are completely calming, balanced and a reinvigorating experience.
